1、负责新产品的设计与研发；

2、参与指导生产工艺流程的优化和技术改良；

3、协助处理目标客户的服务问题和提供技术支持。

岗位要求: 

1、年龄25岁—40岁，硕士以上学历，化工类、材料类及相关专业优先；

2、具有稀土研发2年以上从业经验，或具稀土产品的研发工作经验

3、具有稀土抛光粉研发经验者优先考虑。
